Sometimes, you just can't beat a classic.

Method

1. To pan fry, set your frying pan on a high heat until it's searing hot, place the burger on for 10-12 minutes flipping regularly. Reduce heat to medium and cook for a further 5-6 minutes on each side, turning regularly and pressing down firmly. Ensure it’s piping hot and fully cooked throughout before you tuck in.

2. To grill, preheat the grill to a medium heat then place burgers under for 20 minutes turning regularly.

3. To oven cook, preheat the oven 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Once up to heat place burgers on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook, turning halfway through. Ensure product is piping hot and fully cooked through before serving. All juices should be running clear with no pink colour remaining.

2. Assemble with as many toppings as you like, and then top with our classic burger sauce, for a delicious tasting burger.
