A creamy, tangy, and slightly smoky sauce to elevate your burgers.
Ingredients
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small gherkin, finely chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
2. Adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Spread generously on your burger buns.
