Garlic and Cheddar Butter

Spread over a piece of sourdough and have a classic side with a cheesy touch!
Ingredients
For the butter
250g Yeo Valley Organic Salted Butter (softened)
80g Yeo Valley Organic Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Method
Heat the oven on 190C
Combine the butter, cheese, garlic and clove in a food processor. Blitz until smooth
Lather the butter on top of a thick sliced piece of sourdough
Baked in the oven for 6 minutes until the butter has melted and the cheese has coloured slightly.
