Our Greek Recipe yogurt is a great way of getting extra protein into overnight oats. They also make the perfect prep-ahead breakfast.

Ingredients

Base

Top with any combinations of fruit, nuts and seeds. We love apple sticks, almond butter and almonds with ours.

Method

  1. Mix all the dry base ingredients together in a bowl or container, pour over the milk until covered and leave to soak overnight. You can prep these ahead of your week, and they last 3 days in the fridge.

  2. In the morning, portion out the soaked oats and then mix through the Greek Recipe yogurt. Top with extra fruit, nuts and seeds.
