Overnight Protein Oats

Our Greek Recipe yogurt is a great way of getting extra protein into overnight oats. They also make the perfect prep-ahead breakfast.
Ingredients
Base
4 tbsp oats
2 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)
Yeo Valley Organic Milk, approximately 150ml
4 tbsp Yeo Valley Organic Greek Recipe 5% Fat Natural yogurt
1 grated apple
Top with any combinations of fruit, nuts and seeds. We love apple sticks, almond butter and almonds with ours.
Method
Mix all the dry base ingredients together in a bowl or container, pour over the milk until covered and leave to soak overnight. You can prep these ahead of your week, and they last 3 days in the fridge.
In the morning, portion out the soaked oats and then mix through the Greek Recipe yogurt. Top with extra fruit, nuts and seeds.
