Our Greek Recipe is made in Somerset using the old practice of ‘kerning’ – a traditional way to make it thickened. By using a super fine sieve to strain the yogurt we not only get the ideal thickness, but it increases the protein levels and removes some of the naturally found sugar in milk too. This makes it the perfect ingredient in everything from breakfast bowls to curries.
For Breakfast...
Power up your breakfasts with our low sugar and low fat organic super thick yogurt. Whether you decide to use our 0% fat or our 5% - they’re equally delicious and versatile!
