Banana, Peanut Butter, Oat & Date Protein Smoothie

This protein packed smoothie is the perfect post gym refuel.
Ingredients
The Smoothie
3 tbsp Porridge oats
2 Bananas
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 pitted dates
1tsp ground cinnamon
Method
Place the porridge oats in a non stick pan and lightly toast until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Place the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
