You will not believe how quick this 4-ingredient flatbread recipe is.
Ingredients
The Flatbreads
200g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
Salt
Herbs
Method
Place the flour into a mixing bowl with the salt and add the yogurt and the herbs. Mix together with a spoon to make a nice firm dough.
Divide the dough into 6 balls.
Roll out each ball very thinly and then pan fry or griddle for around 30 seconds each side.
Cut into pieces and serve whilst warm.
