Chocolate and Yogurt Cookies

If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth with something a little healthier, then these cookies are just the ticket and packed full of organic goodness. Using our Natural Yogurt and Unsalted Butter these cookies are the perfect breakfast, mid-morning, afternoon, or after-dinner treat!
Ingredients
100g caster sugar
150g muscovado sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 tbsp of Yeo Valley Organic Natural Yogurt
200g plain flour
100g cocoa powder
Method
First, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and yogurt and beat well before storing through the vanilla paste/extract.
Gradually add the yogurt and egg mixture to the sugar and butter mixing slowly, then fold in the flour, cocoa and chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into golf sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
Allow to cool on the tray.
