Berry Yogurt Bark

Perfect for when you’re feeling ‘snackish’!
Ingredients
2 pots of your favourite Yeo Valley Organic Yogurt
A handful of frozen mixed berries
Method
1. Line a tray with baking paper, and empty out two pots of yogurt onto the lined tray. You can do this with two different flavours and ripple through with a spoon to make it marbled.
2. Spread the yogurt out until you have a 6’ by 12’ puddle.
3. Scatter a handful of frozen berries over the top.
4. Freeze for a few hours or overnight. Once frozen, snap into shards of ‘bark’ and keep in the freezer until you get peckish!
