Try this refreshing smoothie to give your immune system a bit of a boost and let our Organic Drinking Kefir take care of your gut!

Ingredients

200g Frozen mango
1 whole tangerine (peeled!)
500 ml Yeo Valley Organic Drinking Kefir Natural
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
1 cm Fresh ginger
1 Small banana

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender & blend until smooth & frothy.

  2. Serve immediately & enjoy for a perfect zesty start to the day!
