Ingredients
4 tablespoons Brandy - Gizzi recommends the Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge Cognac & Orange Liqueur for its citrus tang
100g Caster sugar
100g Light muscovado sugar
Method
Pop all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Serve straight away or store in an airtight container and keep for up to three weeks.
