Mini buns packed with leftover turkey, gooey mozzarella, and a sprinkle of joy. Slide into the holiday spirit with these Christmas Turkey Sliders. It's a merry munch in every bite!
Ingredients
Herby Butter
100-150g Yeo Valley Organic Salted Butter (softened)
15g Parsley (chopped)
6 White Baps (or 12 mini baps)
400g Turkey Meat (Cooked & shredded)
150g Christmas Stuffing
150g Roasted Vegetables (e.g. butternut squash and red onion)
75g Grated Mozzarella
Method
Heat the oven to 180C
In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and herbs.
Slice the baps in half. Butter the baps on both sides.
Top the bottom of the baps with all of the ingredients and add the bap top. Place the baps on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8 minutes, until they are golden brown and the
cheese has melted.
