Lights, Camera, Action! Countryfile Comes To The Valley
Hey look, we are back on the telly!
Yeo is udderly thrilled to have been included as the main feature on Sunday 21st July’s episode of Countryfile on BBC One.
We welcomed the Countryfile crew to the Valley earlier in the month, where they filmed our woodland pasture project at Hazel Manor. They also interviewed Tom White, Regen Project Manager, and Will Mayor, Farmer, and our roving ecologist, Patrick Hancock.
The feature sees Tom White take presenter, Joe Crowley, through the project’s purpose and operation, as well as its inception. Will Mayor discusses the welfare of the dairy beef herd, and the wonder of our lovely British Friesians, while we see Patrick Hancock take Joe to dissect dung to hunt for dung beetles.
Resident artist, Natasha Clutterbuck is also interviewed in the show, which takes place in our very own Organic Garden. Fancy visiting us? The Organic Garden is open to the public most Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until October.
